By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions. Please read this document in its entirety before commissioning. Failure to comply with these terms may result in commission denial, cancellation, or blacklisting.⤷ You may not use my work or services if you are unwilling to agree to these terms.
⤷ My artwork may NOT be used for:
1.) NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any blockchain-related technologies.
2.) AI training, generation, or dataset inclusion.
⤷ I reserve all rights to any artwork I create. Commissioned works are for personal, non-commercial use unless commercial rights are purchased.

USER AGREEMENT
By commissioning me, you confirm that:⤷ You have read, understood, and accepted all the terms listed here and in the invoice.
⤷ The artwork will be used for non-profit, personal use only unless explicitly agreed otherwise and paid for.
⤷ You will credit me as the artist when posting anywhere.
⤷ Violation of any terms may result in blacklisting and revoked permissions.
CLIENT RIGHTS
YOU MAY
⤷ Use your commission for personal avatars, banners, wallpapers, or profile icons.
⤷ Print for personal use only (no resale).
⤷ Share your commission online with credit to @bigsemp (Tiktok) @chas_k (Discord).
YOU MAY NOT
⤷ Claim the work as your own.
* Alter, trace, or use the art as a base.
⤷ Reupload to galleries meant to display your original art.
⤷ Use for AI training, NFT, or crypto-related purposes.
⤷ Use for commercial gain unless commercial rights are purchased.
ARTIST RIGHTS
I reserve the right to:⤷ Post the artwork publicly unless an NDA or privacy request is in place.
⤷ I will confirm with you before posting if you’d prefer the work to remain private.
⤷ Use your commission in my portfolio.
⤷ Decline commissions for any reason (personal matter, etc.).
⤷ Refund and cancel the project at any time for any reason.
⤷ Retain full copyright unless otherwise discussed.
COMMERCIAL USAGE POLICY
Commercial rights are not included in base prices. If you'd like to use my work for monetized content or promotion, you must purchase a commercial license.Tier 1: Twitch, YouTube, social media promos = +100% fee increase
Tier 2: Patreon, business cards, websites = +200% fee increase
Tier 3: Merch production, resale, branding = +300% fee increaseAll commercial terms must be discussed before payment.
NDA / PRIVACY POLICY
If privacy is important to your project (e.g. Vtuber debut):⤷ Request an NDA/privacy clause before ordering.
⤷ NDA may incur a +5% fee or more, depending on scale.
⤷ I won’t post WIPs or stream the process.
⤷ You are also expected not to spoil or share WIPs until release.
ORDERING PROCESS
1.) Send an inquiry via direct message.
References Are Mandatory⤷ Full, clear, and non-pixelated visual references are required.
⤷ Without proper references, your commission will be considered a design commission (which has a higher cost due to the extra time and effort involved).
⤷ Pose/composition references are also appreciated to help deliver your vision more accurately.
⤷ If you don’t have references ready, you may return later once you do.
2. I will confirm availability and send an invoice.
3. Wait to pay until I approve and send the invoice.
4. Once payment is confirmed, work will begin.English is required for communication. Miscommunication due to language barriers is the client’s responsibility.
